Low CPU usage!in v2.0 : gfx bug fixed, added MIDI control (but not tested - I haven't any MIDI keyboard, so please let me know about the behavior, code is estimated), max tracks is now 16, new parameters: starting point should be defined, main output volume, each track volume and a mode when new note does not reset the between-osc position, full ADSR control with sustain multiplier as track parameter. Not compatible with v1.1
